Villa Dalmatian Dream is a rustic stone villa with ambiance of traditional Mediterranean architecture, situated in picturesque Dalmatian village Bobovisca Gornja at the island of Brac. Villa is surrounded by beautiful garden with palm, olive and orange trees and traditional Dalmatian herbs where you can enjoy the tranquillity and seclusion, away from the city rush although very close to the magnificent Bobovisca bay and only few km away from lots of other lovely places on the island. This charming 19th century stone house with rustically decorated interiors was renovated in year 2016. keeping the authentic look.
The living area consists of ground floor and first floor, private outdoor swimming pool, 2 outside dining areas, barbecue, beautiful terraces and gardens. There is a space in front of the villa suitable for parking of 2-3 cars. Villa features free Wi-Fi and a SAT / TV + DVD and CD player. Linen, towels, utilities and sunchairs are provided and included in the rental price. Baby cot and baby feeding chair are available on request, also free of charge and owners are pets friendly.
Ground floor includes a kitchen with dining room, living room (TV/Satellite/CD/DVD player), bedroom with king-size bed and a bathroom. At the kitchen you will find traditional stove, refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, gas/electric cooker, coffee brewer and toaster. On the first floor you will also have an opportunity to enjoy a saloon with preserved antiques that bring history of the place to mind, perfect for reading, playing chess or simply contemplate.
Climbing the wooden stairway from the ground floor hallway you'll reach the upper floor where on the left you will find a kitchen, dining area and a living room with a great sea view. On this floor there is also 1 bedroom with a sea view (king size bed), 1 bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. The upper floor living room has also unfolding sofa.
Terrace near the entrance will greet you with an old stone water well from times when there was no running water on the island, a table and chairs under the natural green sunshade, perfect for dinning during hot summer months.
In the garden, you'll discover another spacious terrace with a coffee table by the palm tree, where you can peacefully enjoy your morning cup of coffee or afternoon sun.
Few stairs away, by the pool area, there is a barbecue, and a water faucet next to it, where guests can prepare some authentic Dalmatian dishes. Barbecue is part of a covered terrace with dining area so you can enjoy your meals right from the grill!
The pool area in the natural surroundings, with forest and village view offers an outdoor solar shower and sunchairs perfect to relax during long summer afternoons.
The location of the house is ideal in many aspects: it provides you with intimacy and silence, although 10-minutes walk from the beach, restaurant, cafe and a market in magnificent Bobovisca bay, perfect for swimming or dinning and it is a good starting point for excursions on the island of Brac and surrounding islands of Middle Dalmatia (Hvar, Vis…).
The villa is perfect for families and friends to have fun and relax in a unique atmosphere of genuine Mediterranean spirit.
